The Source Custom Retail Display

Challenge
The Source was gearing up to launch Bell’s Lucky Mobile service and needed custom endcap fixtures to help promote the solution in over 200 retail outlets. Whatever we developed had to be flexible and easy enough for store staff to work into their existing floorplan.

Solution
We audited The Source floor footprint and specially designed an attractive custom metal and acrylic endcap fixture that looked bold, modern and would attract customer attention. A few select stores needed wall fixtures instead of endcap fixtures, so we created an alternate version that still maintained the same modern style.

Results
In just under four weeks, we individually wrapped, boxed and shipped the display components to all The Source locations. Our solution was completely turnkey – all store staff had to do was move the new display into position.
The Source asked us to help showcase their thought leadership by creating an experiential display their customers could play with and learn from – and they only gave us two weeks to deliver.
