We are seeking a proactive, high performance sales person who has a passion for sales. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Executive has the responsibility for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position will require you to be driven, self- motivated and goal oriented. Skills must include but are not limited to, knowledge of a supplier base, estimating, purchasing and production coordinating at various levels within several traditional print, fleet graphics or custom display organizations. The candidate should have a proven track record of improving sales. They should have the ability to develop and implement procedures that increase productivity and efficiency in the sales process, and to be able to cope well under pressure within a fast-paced environment. They are an effective communicator at all levels of an organization and possesses strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal decision-making and team building skills.
Position Title: SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Reports To: Managing Director
Position Type: Full-Time Employment/Base Plus Commission
RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Follow up with potential clients
- Create critical path documents and track and manage production job flow
- Ability to maintain account after sale is key
- Actively identifying ,selling, setting appointments with potential clients
- Sales follow-up and progress communication weekly to Executive Team
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast paced environment
- A strong desire to succeed and surpass objectives
- To be accountable for targeted quarterly/yearly sales
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills
- Ability to be entrepreneurial, innovative and creative
- Develop and manage supplier workflow processes and relationships, with client interaction as required
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
- At least 3 – 5 years outside sales experience
- Previous marketing experience would be an asset
- Ability to travel to clients in a vast geographical area
- Strong communication skills in English with strong work ethic
- Proficiency with calendar, time management and CRM tools
- Familiarity with sales terminology and production processes are an asset
- Well organized and multi-tasked oriented professional with a commitment to delivering excellent client relationship management
