On September 9, 2025, Apple unveiled its latest innovation, announcing that purchases would begin on September 19. Behind the scenes, Resource Integrated partnered with TELUS to deliver a visually striking retail experience that matched the energy of the launch.
From conducting detailed site inspections to ensure precise window dimensions, to running extensive colour tests for visual consistency across all locations, every step was handled with care and precision. Each graphic was reviewed carefully, and any element that didn’t meet exacting standards was reprinted to ensure flawless visuals across the country.
When launch day arrived on September 19, Apple fans lined up outside TELUS stores from coast to coast. Before the doors opened, our team had already completed illuminated SEG Lightbox installations and final quality checks across seven provinces to make sure each TELUS store in those regions was ready to welcome excited customers.
