Multi-City Retail Activation
With its first North American fragrance pop-up, Kayali set out to make a powerful impression at Sephora, and every detail had to be flawless. Resource Integrated, in partnership with Park Creative Studio, delivered the activation across eight premier Sephora locations: Toronto Bloor Street, Eaton Centre, Yorkdale, Mississauga Square One, Calgary Chinook Centre, West Edmonton, Vancouver Pacific Centre, and Ste-Catherine.
The mandate was clear. Absolute colour consistency across every touchpoint. Kayali’s signature pink tones needed to align perfectly across printed graphics, painted finishes, fixtures, and millwork. Pantone precision was the standard, and nothing moved forward without meeting it.
Working within a five-week timeline, approvals, prototypes, technical drawings, proofs, production, shipping, and installation progressed simultaneously. Custom fabrication and large-format print production ran in parallel, requiring disciplined coordination and focused project management to maintain momentum across all cities.
Each space immersed shoppers in the Kayali brand. Illuminated lightboxes featuring campaign visuals anchored the activation, while custom gondolas and fragrance display shelving presented the product with clarity and impact. A pink-and-white checkered floor created a bold visual footprint that distinguished the pop-up from the surrounding beauty floor.
Custom-built fragrance bars, dimensional logos, vinyl graphics, and styled seating moments transformed open retail space into a cohesive, high-impact brand environment. Every fixture was fabricated, finished, packed, and installed with precision to ensure consistency across every store.
The installations launched on schedule, commanding attention nationwide. The vibrant pink environments drew shoppers in, encouraged interaction, and delivered measurable in-store performance.
